Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Dark Rum (we recommend Appleton Estate Signature Blend)
1 oz. (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 – brown sugar : water)
1 lime wheel for garnish
How it's done
Step 1
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin.
Step 2
Add ice to the shaking tin and shake for 10-20 seconds.
Step 3
Double strain into an ice-filled lowball or a pre-cooled stemware glas.
Step 4
Place the lime wheel on the side of the glass.
Step 5
