Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the website and services provided by Limited White Label (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may change this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Service. You should review the Agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of the latest terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3. Account Creation and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Your Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
Impersonate any person or entity;
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content;
Spam or otherwise distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation;
Harvest or collect information about other users; or
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and code (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to Limited White Label. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

You may use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, or create derivative works of the Content without the prior written permission of Limited White Label.

6. Limitation of Liability

Limited White Label will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Berlin, Germany.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Limited White Label regarding the Service, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Limited White Label.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications under this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the German mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Counterparts

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

15. Headings

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect its interpretation.

16. Binding Effect

This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
