Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz. (15 ml) honey syrup (3:1 – honey:water)
How it's done
Step 1
Add all ingredients into a shaking tin.
Step 2
Add ice to the shaking tin and shake for 10-20 seconds.
Step 3
Double strain into an ice-filled lowball glas.
Step 4
