Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Mezcal (Joven)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Aperol
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Luxadro Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
1 grapefruit zest for grapefruit oil
How it's done
Step 1
Add all ingredients except the grapefruit peel into a shaking tin, add ice, and shake for 10-20 seconds.
Step 2
Double strain into a pre-cooled stemware glas.
Step 3
Use the grapefruit peel to express its oil over the cocktail. (Do not skip this step, as the grapefruit oil is essential for the taste of the cocktail!)
