1 oz. (30 ml) vodka
1 oz. (30 ml) coffee liquer
1 oz. (30 ml) freshly brewed espresso
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 – brown sugar:water)
2 lemon peels for lemon oil
3 coffee beans for garnish
How it's done
Add all ingredients including one of the lemon peels into a shaking tin.
Add ice to the shaking tin and shake for 10-20 seconds.
Double strain into a pre-cooled Martini glass.
Use the lemon peel to express the oil over the cocktail and add the coffee beans for garnish.
