Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. (90 ml) Dark Rum

  • 3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Campari

  • 2 oz. (60ml) fresh pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) rich Demerara syrup (2:1 – brown sugar : water)

  • 1/2 oz. (22.5 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice

  • pineapple fronds for garnish

How it's done

Step 1


Add all ingredients into a shaking tin, add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds.


Step 2


Double strain into an ice-filled lowball or Collins glass.


Step 3


Add garnish.


Step 4
